Why do I feel stuck

But why does it sometimes feel like nothing is changing at all?

Yes, that is happening to me.

My mind keeps on telling me that my project feels stuck, or a relationship seems frozen.

My mind convinces me nothing is ever-changing. It feels like Iโ€™m trapped in a loop, always going back to the same place over and over.

When I use words like ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€ or ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ, itโ€™s a signal that Iโ€™m not seeing reality as it is. Because in truth, nothing ever stays the same.

No two sunrises are the same.
No two breaths are the same.

Change is happening right now, even if my mind tries to tell me otherwise.

Even just reading this changes something physical in your brain.

So instead of believing it is the same as last time, I try asking:
What has changed since last time?
What is this feeling of stuckness trying to show me?
